Deróganse todas las disposiciones anteriores que pugnen con la presente Ley, en cuanto se refiere a pensiones y recompensas de miembros del Ejército, quedando subsistentes las pensiones decretadas por leyes anteriores. Por consiguiente, los efectos de la presente Ley son aplicables solamente a los Oficiales que no se hallen en goce de pensión.
