Criterios Para Determinar Los Participantes En El Sorteo

Criterios para determinar los participantes en el sorteo. El Juez del concurso realizará el sorteo entre los inscritos, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios

1.

La jurisdicción o jurisdicciones en las cuales el auxiliar de la justicia se encuentre inscrito, de acuerdo con las áreas territoriales definidas por la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

2.

El sector o sectores al que según la Clasificación Industrial Internacional Uniforme pertenezca el deudor.

3.

Número de procesos activos de insolvencia a cargo del auxiliar de la justicia.

4.

Las categorías establecidas en este Decreto.
