Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto 315 de 2020, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 180 de 2019 modificado por los decretos 852 y 1785 de 2019, 875 de 2020 y 47 de 2021, y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de enero de 2021.
