Un ejemplar de cada nómina, de cada recibo y de cada contrato, acompañado de una relación general imputable á determinado artículo del Presupuesto de Gastos, servirá para solicitar mensualmente, del Ministerio de Guerra, la legalización de los pagos efectuados. El otro ejemplar de los citados documentos, más la copia de las partidas descritas en el libro de Caja, inclusive la diligencia de visita y las libranzas originales, constituyen la cuenta mensual que debe rendir el Contador-Proveedor á la Oficina general de Cuentas, para el examen y fenecimiento de primera instancia; las órdenes de legalización y libros originales constituyen la cuenta general del año, que debe rendirse á la misma Oficina.
