De los asesores permanentes. El jefe de la entidad territorial, departamental, distrital o municipal, según el caso, podrá designar hasta dos asesores permanentes del Consejo Territorial que vaya a funcionar en su jurisdicción, para períodos de un año. Dichos asesores no tendrán remuneración y actuarán en el Consejo con voz pero sin derecho a voto. Los asesores permanentes no podrán dejar de asistir a más de dos reuniones consecutivas, o a más del 30 por ciento de las reuniones del respectivo período so pena de perder su investidura.
