Importación en zonas de frontera. La persona natural o jurídica interesada en importar combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo para el consumo o distribución en zonas de frontera deberá cumplir con lo estipulado en la Ley 681 de 2001, los Decretos Reglamentarios 2195 de 2001, 1980 y 2014 de 2003, 2337, 2338, 2339, 2340, 3353, 4236, 4237 de 2004, o en las normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
