Inclúyese en la red de carreteras nacionales el trayecto que comunique el Municipio de Macaravita, Departamento de Santander, con la carretera nacional Capitanejo-El Cocuy (Boyacá).

Parágrafo

Incorpórase igualmente en la red de carreteras nacionales, la que ha de unir San Onofre-Ricaurte-Chalán y Don Gabriel, en el Departamento de Bolívar, con la Troncal de Occidente, en el mismo Departamento.
