º. Los liquidadores de los Fondos de que trata este Decreto tendrán facultad para la remoción y libre nombramiento del personal auxiliar que requieran para el buen desempeño de sus funciones, pero sin exceder en gastos administrativo el porcentaje señalado por el artículo 28 del Decreto número 1258 de 1959, excepto en lo referente a los honorarios que a los mismos señale el Ministerio del Fomento, con retroactividad al 4 de febrero del presente año.
