º Se tomarán como fuentes de información, la Contraloría General de la Republica y las demás entidades oficiales o particulares que puedan rendir información.

Parágrafo

Para los datos que no puedan ser suministrados por las entidades de que habla el presente artículo, se hará la investigación por conducto del Servicio Territorial Militar, previa autorización de la Contraloría, para cada caso particular.
