Serán aplicables a las zonas francas industriales de bienes y de servicios a que se refiere este Decreto, en lo pertinente y en cuanto sean compatibles, las normas de los Decretos 2131 de 1991 y 971 de 1993, y las demás normas especiales relacionadas con zonas francas.
