Las disposiciones del presente capítulo son aplicables en lo pertinente a las obras literarias que sean utilizadas como texto de una obra musical, o para su declamación o lectura, si el autor de dichas obra ha autorizado al productor del fonograma para fijarla o grabarla sobre un disco, una cinta, o sobre cualquier otro dispositivo o mecanismo análogo, con fines de reproducción, de difusión o de venta.
