Acreditación de la calidad de Veterano y Beneficiario. La calidad de Veterano y Beneficiario de la Ley 1979 de 2019, será acreditada sin costo alguno por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional - Dirección de Bienestar Sectorial y Salud o la instancia que la reemplace o asuma sus funciones, a solicitud del personal que haga parte de la población señalada en el artículo 2 de la Ley 1979 de 2019.

Parágrafo

La acreditación de beneficiario de la Ley 1979 de 2019 solo podrá ser utilizada por el titular.
