Las personas que presten sus servicios a la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, son empleados públicos y están sujetos al régimen legal vigente previstos para los mismos. No obstante lo anterior, las actividades relacionadas directamente con la ejecución del mantenimiento de las líneas de transmisión serán desempeñadas por personas vinculadas mediante contrato de trabajo.
