Cuarto. Las nuevas redes de telecomunicaciones que se instalen y las ampliaciones de las redes existentes, deben cumplir en todo con el presente Plan.

Parágrafo

Las redes existentes de los actuales operadores de los servicios de telecomunicaciones tienen un plazo de catorce (14) meses contados a partir de la promulgación del presente Decreto para ajustarse al mismo.
