Artículo noveno. Para la ampliación y mejoramiento de los locales y servicios de las Casas Campesinas que ya existen en el país, las entidades a cuyo cargo están estas obras podrán solicitar y obtener del Instituto de Crédito Territorial préstamos hasta por el cincuenta por ciento por el valor de ellas, para amortizar en las mismas condiciones que se establecen para la construcción.
