La incorporación de las cuentas de los Administradores departamentales de Haciendo que ordena el artículo 17 del decreto número 221 de 7 de los corrientes se hará por la Sección de Hacienda de la Tesorería general, llevando en dicha Sección los libros necesarios, á fin de que los artículos de incorporación puedan incluirse en la cuenta general de la tesorería en términos generales y láconicos.
