Art. 3º En cada caso, previas las comprobaciones de muerte, etc., que el Ministerio de Guerra crea conveniente exigir, éste dará las ordenes necesarias para que en la Pagaduría Central se cubran los sueldos respectivos en la forma usada para el pago de las radicaciones militares, las que continuarán pagándose a los agraciados mientras aparejan los precitados comprobantes.
