Las denominaciones de los empleos de Gerente General y Subgerente, que se crean en el artículo anterior, sólo podrán ser utilizadas para la Red de Solidaridad Social de que trata el Decreto 2099 de 1994. Durante la vigencia de la mencionada Red, adiciónase en el nivel de Dirección y de Asistencia al Presidente de que trata el Decreto 1681 de 1991, para las denominaciones de empleo que se establecen en el presente Decreto, las funciones de Dirección General, de formulación de políticas y de adopción de planes y programas para su ejecución.
