Los beneficios establecidos en los artículos 4°, 5° y 7° de la presente ley se entenderán sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las obligaciones de las pequeñas empresas beneficiarias, en materia de presentación de declaraciones tributarias, del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones laborales y de sus obligaciones comerciales relacionadas con el registro mercantil.
