El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las siguientes disposiciones: Artículo 1º del Decreto 3642 de 1986; artículo 51 del Decreto 2746 de 1984; ordinal 1º, artículo 17 y artículo 18 del Decreto 2876 de 1984 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
