La cuantía que ha de distribuirse como contribución de valorización para cada obra, se fijara de acuerdo con las normas que establece el artículo III de este Decreto. Dicha contribución tendrá como limite superior el valor del beneficio que ella produzca a cada uno de los inmuebles que han de ser gravados, entendiéndose por beneficio el mayor valor del respectivo inmueble en virtud de la obra.
