Decreto 1737 de 2005 · por el cual se reglamenta la preparación, distribución, dispensación, comercialización, etiquetado, rotulado y empaque de los medicamentos homeopáticos magistrales y oficinales y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Requisitos mínimos de información. Para aquellos envases que por su tamaño no permitan que los rótulos o etiquetas contengan toda la información antes descrita, se deberá consignar como mínimo, los siguientes contenidos y los adicionales deberán entregarse en forma escrita a través de un inserto o contenidos en su empaque secundario

Para los magistrales se incluirán los literales a), b), c), d), e) y f) del artículo 13 del presente decreto;

Para los oficinales los literales a), b), c), d), e), f) y g) del artículo 14 del presente decreto.
