Articulo 58. En aquellas obras en que para apreciar el beneficio no sea necesario obtener la totalidad de los datos de que trata el articulo 56, bastará con la elaboración de un listado de los propietarios, inmuebles, ubicación, identificación catastral, áreas beneficiadas y observaciones especiales que hubiere sobre los precios.
