Queda así reformado el artículo 7°. de la ley 64 de 1947 .

Parágrafo

Dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la sanción de la presente Ley, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional reglamentará los cursos de capacitación y perfeccionamiento para profesores de enseñanza secundaria en cuanto a su contenido, intensidad y sistema de evaluación, así como las pruebas que deberán presentar los aspirantes a escalafonarse que no hubieren seguido los cursos de capacitación.
