El Contralor General de la República no podrá nombrar parientes suyos o de los parlamentarios que intervinieron en su elección, que se encuentren ligados a ellos dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad. Establécese igual prohibición para todos los funcionarios del control fiscal.
