Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios actualmente vinculadas a la Planta de Personal, establecida por el Acuerdo número 110 de 1980.aprobado por el Decreto 416 de 1980, que al ser incorporados a la Planta de Personal de que trata este Decreto tengan una asignación básica superior a la fijada para el cargo al cual se van a incorporar, seguirán percibiendo esta remuneración mientras permanezcan en el empleo.
