°. Quórum . Habrá quórum deliberatorio en el Comité cuando exista mayoría simple de los integrantes del mismo. Con este quórum pueden ser adoptadas recomendaciones. Habrá quórum decisorio para la emisión de las Alertas Tempranas, con la presencia de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros del CIAT. La Secretaría Técnica elaborará un acta con el contenido y desarrollo de las reuniones realizadas, la cual será suscrita por los asistentes a la misma y será de carácter reservado.
