ARTICULO 72 . COMUNICACIONES . Se debe comunicar al investigado la decisión de apertura de indagación preliminar o formal investigación y al quejoso la del archivo. En este último caso se entenderá cumplida la comunicación, cuando hayan transcurrido ocho (8) días después de la fecha de entrega a la oficina de correo.
