ARTICULO 137 . EVALUACIÓN DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN. Cuando se haya recaudado prueba que permita la formulación de cargos o se haya vencido el término de la investigación, el funcionario con atribución disciplinaria, y mediante decisión motivada, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes evaluará el mérito de las pruebas recaudadas y procederá a formular pliego de cargos contra el investigado; sino hay mérito, dispondrá el archivo definitivo de la actuación.
