Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para gastar el Tesoro Público hasta diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) en el establecimiento definitivo del sistema de escritura y anotación de música, inventado por el señor Diego Fallon. Esta cantidad se considera incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia económica.
