ARTICULO 130 . DEL LIQUIDADOR.- El Presidente de la República designará el liquidador del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, el cual deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas legalmente para el Director General, tendrá su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste.
