Los Departamentos interesados señalarán un precio de venta general y uniforme para el alcohol puro, destilado dentro de su territorio que sirva para el consumo de las industrias de modo que no haya diferencia alguna por razón de la destilación que se dé al alcohol. En estos términos se fija el alcance del artículo 4º del Decreto 2060 citado. Comuníquese y publíquese
