Las naves objeto de fletamento o arrendamiento, deben ser especializadas para el servicio al que están destinadas, disponer de la clasificación vigente expedida por una sociedad de clasificación Internacional reconocida por DIMAR y tener vigentes las coberturas de que trata el numeral 5 del artículo 19 del presente decreto.
