° Las siguientes personas podrá importar un automóvil por una sola vez y para su uso exclusivo: Diplomáticos y Cónsules de carrera acreditados en el pias, que no hayan efectuado tal importación dentro de un período de dos años anterior a la fecha de este Decreto; Diplomáticos y Cónsules colombianos acreditados en el Exterior con carácter permanente, que regresen al país, y Extranjeros que vengan a residir al país, provistos de visa Ordinaria.
