El propietario o administrador de un establecimiento de los señalados en elArtículo que precede, que no cumpla la prescripción de la ley o de la autoridad, referentes a tales establecimientos, será castigado con multa de dos a diez pesos; en caso de reincidencia, se agregará arresto por dos a ocho días, y clausura del establecimiento por cinco a veinte días.
