ARTICULO 64 . DISTRIBUCION DE FRECUENCIAS PARA LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes al perfeccionamiento del contrato de concesión para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular definirá la distribución de frecuencias radioeléctricas para cada uno de los operadores autorizados en cada una de las áreas, teniendo en cuenta las características técnicas del sistema o de los sistemas adoptados.
