Art. 34. La Consiliatura del Colegio del Rosario es el cuerpo consultivo del Rector del Establecimiento, el cual no podrá hacer gastos, ni darles inversión ó colocación a los bienes pertenecientes al Colegio, sin autorización expresa de aquel Cuerpo. Al proveer á la designación de Consiliarios, se tendrá cuidado de escogerlos, siempre que esto no presente inconvenientes, á juicio del Gobierno, de entre las personas que hubieren recibido educación en el Colegio del Rosario.
