ARTICULO 207. Derechos hijas célibes. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las hijas célibes del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, en actividad o en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, por las cuales se tenga derecho a devengar subsidio familiar y a la prestación de servicios médico-asistenciales, continuarán disfrutando de tales beneficios mientras permanezcan en estado de celibato y dependan económicamente del Oficial o Suboficial. Igualmente, tendrán derecho a sustitución pensional, siempre y cuando acrediten los requisitos antes señalados.
