El que, sin permiso de la autoridad, fuera de su propia habitación o de las dependencias de ella, lleve consigo armas, será castigado con arresto por cinco a veinte días, o multa equivalente.
Si el arma fuere insidiosa, la pena será de uno a seis meses de arresto.
