° El Director será nombrado por el Gobierno Nacional, y le corresponde hacer cumplir el reglamento del establecimiento y presentar un informe mensual al Ministerio Correspondiente. El secretario, el cajero contador, el habilitado almacenista y el mecanógrafo serán nombrados por el Gobierno Nacional. Los otros empleados los determinará y nombrará el Consejo Directivo y sus nombramientos será consultados al Ministerio del ramo.
