Articulo único. Entretanto que los Comisarios de segunda y tercera clase de la Policía Nacional cumplen el tiempo y llenan los requisitos indispensables para poder ser ascendidos, no será inconveniente .que coexistan en una misma División dos o más Comisarios de segunda o tercera clase, mientras pueden ser relacionadas las vacantes, de acuerdo con las formalidades legales. Comuníquese y publíquese.
