Oficiales De La Especialidad De Justicia Penal Militar

Decreto 1791 de 2000 · por el cual se modifican las normas de carrera del Personal de Oficiales, Nivel Ejecutivo, Suboficiales y Agentes de la Policía Nacional.

ARTICULO 30. OFICIALES DE LA ESPECIALIDAD DE JUSTICIA PENAL MILITAR. Son oficiales de la especialidad de Justicia Penal Militar en la Policía Nacional, los oficiales con título de abogado, obtenido conforme a las normas de educación superior vigentes, con el propósito de ejercer funciones de magistrados, jueces militares, fiscales militares, auditores de guerra y funcionarios de instrucción.

Parágrafo

Los oficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo pertenecientes al cuerpo administrativo y que desempeñen cargos en la Justicia Penal Militar, pasarán automáticamente a dicha especialidad.
