Las empresas que anteriormente hayan formado provisiones para atender el pago de tutelas pensionales y sobre las cuales no se haya concedido ningún beneficio plural, podrán utilizar el importe de dichas provisiones para tener derecho a la deducción respectiva pero internamente hasta alcanzar el valor que corresponde a los cálculos señalados anteriormente. Si la provisión formada antes del presente Decreto es menor, se hará el ajuste a que haya lugar.
