Todas las Entidades o Corporaciones con sede en las ciudades importantes de la República bajo cuya dirección o iniciativa se adelanten obras similares a la de la " Casa y Club del Empleado " que se construye en la ciudad de Cali y que reúnan requisitos semejantes a los exigidos por esta Ley para dicha obra, tendrán derecho a un auxilio equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del costo de todas obras.
