ARTICULO 5o. Condiciones de pago de las indemnizaciones . Con base en el acto administrativo mediante el cual el Superintendente Bancario ordene el pago de una indemnización y dentro del plazo al efecto señalado por aquél, la dependencia competente de la Superintendencia Bancaria efectuará las liquidaciones correspondientes. Las indemnizaciones deberán cancelarse dentro de los sesenta (60) días calendario siguientes a la fecha en la cual la liquidación correspondiente quede en firme.
