Definiciones. Para los efectos previstos en este Decreto se considera como inmediato superior del docente, el director de escuela o concentración escolar, el rector o director del plantel de enseñanza básica secundaria o media y como inmediato superior administrativo el jefe de la oficina, división o sección de personal de la respectiva entidad nominadora.
