AVISO INEXACTO SOBRE ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO. El patrono, así como la empresa que tenga a su servicio trabajadores suministrados por otra empresa de Servicios Temporales, que reportare como accidente de trabajo un accidente común, será sancionado con una multa de uno (1) hasta diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000) y el mayor valor de las prestaciones económicas que el ISS hubiere otorgado, deberá reembolsarlas junto con los intereses correspondientes en los términos señalados en el artículo 66 del presente Reglamento.
