Artículo treinta y ocho. Las adquisiciones que conforme al Decreto 2370 de 1968, verifiquen la Administración Postal Nacional, la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones o el Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, por un valor inferior a $ 100.000 una vez satisfechos los requisitos de licitación, cuando fuere el caso, se harán mediante pedidos sin la formalidad del contrato solemne.
