º. Transitorio. Autorízase a la Subdirección de Monumentos Nacionales del Instituto Nacional de Vías, para terminar la ejecución de los saldos de las apropiaciones presupuestales previstas en la vigencia fiscal de 1997 a favor de dicha Subdirección, en los términos establecidos en la ley, con el objeto de culminar las labores que venía desempeñando.
