Actividades docentes en el extranjero . Los oficiales y suboficiales que desempeñen funciones docentes como profesores o instructores invitados en escuelas o institutos de Fuerzas Militares extranjeras, tendrán derecho a que se les abonen las horas de clase que en ellos dicten para efectos de promoción a la categoría inmediatamente superior, previa certificación y concepto de los respectivos Comandantes o Directores.
